Onboarding Steps 👇


1️⃣ Agent Contract Signing

Create your SureLC account (this one is separate from any you already have). Use it to sign your agency contract and request carrier appointments.

2️⃣ Errors & Omissions (E&O)

Secure your E&O insurance for carrier appointments.
Get the discounted HCU option  HERE.


3️⃣ FFM Number (Marketplace Certification)

  Registerwith CMS to get your FFM#. 
Use the  GUIDE and VIDEO TUTORIAL if you need help.


4️⃣ Messer Financial Group Account

Create your Messer account by CLICKING HERE,then “Create an account >”.
Follow the  step-by-step guideon the site and verify through email.


5️⃣ HealthSherpa Setup

Create your HealthSherpa account  HERE using the team code 3763.

Connect it to your FFM by going to:
Dashboard → Settings → FFM Account Integration.

Watch the tutorials on how to run a quoteand enroll a client.


6️⃣ MedicarePro CRM Setup

Set up your  MEDICAREPRO ACCOUNT HERE!  This is where you track clients and log every sale—critical for staying organized and making sure nothing gets missed. 

NextGen Integration:
Email support@medicareprocrm.com  
Subject: NextGen Leads API  
Message: What is my API for NextGen Leads to integrate it with MedicarePro?  

Then email support@nextgenleads.com  
Subject: MedicarePro Integration 
Message: I want to integrate my NextGen account with Medicare Pro. The API is: (paste your code)


7️⃣ NextGen Leads Setup

Set up your NextGen account and request $300 in free lead credits from Ian Sanders or Brad Owens. 
Integrate NextGen with MedicarePro (same steps as above) so leads flow directly into your CRM.
